To everyone who's listened to our songs, shared them with someone, come out to hear us play, or stopped to tell Ava or me what one of them meant to you—thank you.

When Ava and I started Living Parables, I don't think either of us knew exactly where it would take us.

Sometimes it's something simple—a door, a light, a tree, a Great Fish, a painting. Ordinary things we've passed a hundred times that suddenly seem to be saying more than they should.

Maybe we just have to learn to pay attention.

That's what Living Parables has become for us.
